PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project managers work with individual clients to study and develop project ideas within the framework of the client's objectives.  After in-depth analysis, we present our findings to the client, then serve each client with a comprehensive package of design and construction services including (but not limited to):
 
 
  • Environmental engineering
  • CAD drafting of project management and maps
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Surveying and mapping
  • Construction management
  • Structural Analysis
  • Building Design

Initial reports may include findings related to technical feasibility, environmental and public impact, economic viability, and projected timetables.  The report may also identify permit issues, project alternatives, and funding resources.  The Lampert - Lee & Associates staff works with each client to find design and engineering solutions compatible with project goals and available budgets.  Additionally, we can develop and provide presentations for public and private meetings.

Our project managers have assisted government agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, commercial and private developers, agricultural and food processing industries, and pulp and paper manufacturers with project planning.
