The fees for each survey are determined individually. Your property, the land conditions, and surrounding properties are unique and can be influenced by factors such as:

Challenging terrain, dense foliage, or difficult access.

If requested, written cost estimates, based on preliminary research, may be provided for a client prior to contracting for a survey. Your estimate includes field time, research, drafting, the administrative processes of recording your survey, and materials and fees.
When your survey is recorded or reviewed, you may incur additional fees determined by entities such as a county, township, municipality, Department of Transportation, or Planning and Zoning boards. These fees vary depending on the location of your property and the type of survey performed.
